Preparation of oral presentations

Oral presentations need to target the workshop theme. Special preference will be given to those presentations that relate to the topics of Precision Agriculture (PA), aspects of Climate Variability, Harvesting Efficiency, and novel Planting Techniques.

Abstracts in English of not more than 300 words should be submitted by email in MS Word before 31 March 2012 to the ISSCT Agriculture Commissioner and Agronomy Section Chairman Dr Robert Gilbert at ragilber@ufl.edu.

The abstracts should include:

Title
Author name(s)
Affiliation(s)
Email address of primary author
3-5 keywords

Acceptance of the abstract for an oral presentations or a poster will be communicated to primary author(s) by mid-end May 2012.

Instructions about PowerPoint presentations will be communicated to primary author once their abstract has been accepted. Workshop organisers reserve the right to provide guidance in progressing the oral presentations.

Edited abstracts of accepted oral presentations will be included in a workshop booklet and distributed to participants. The booklet will be posted on this website with a link on the ISSCT website.
